Election and Election Grievance Redressal Cell

The College Union Elections and the University Union Elections are conducted by this office in a timely manner, in accordance with the existing directions of the Supreme Court and the University Election Rules. All activities of the University Union are coordinated and guided by this office. Directions are issued to all affiliated colleges to conduct College Union Elections in compliance with the recommendations and provisions of the University Election Rules. Most of the affiliated colleges have successfully conducted the elections peacefully and systematically as per the guidelines issued by the University. An Election Grievance Redressal Cell has also been constituted in accordance with the election rules to address and resolve complaints related to College Union Elections. In addition, all matters connected with the conduct and coordination of the University Union Elections are administered by this department.
